David Pinder
David is a marketer, particularly known as a writer of business communications for bluechip clients. His career started with sales and marketing roles with Procter & Gamble, Hertz Corporation and Forte Hotels. Hands-on experience and an up-to-the-minute understanding of business issues help consistently produce powerful, value-creating materials. David is a co-author of Creating & Delivering Your Value Proposition, to be published by Kogan Page in October 2009. He is a member of The Marketing Society in the United Kingdom.
John Frazer-Robinson (JFR)
JFR is an acknowledged authority on marketing, sales, advertising and customer service. Consultancy services cover all manner of sales and marketing projects and assisting customers in customer-centric activity. Books – published in up to 11 languages – include a variety of topics from direct marketing through loyalty programmes, to the future of CRM, marketing, sales and customer service. An occasional faculty member of Management Centre Europe and the International Post Graduate Business school at Bristol University, John was a director of the Direct Marketing Association of South Africa for almost a decade and was also elected one of the first honorary Fellows of the British Institute of Direct Marketing in 1995.
